Thank you for your Inquiries & Appointment Requests. We look forward to reading your interests, and planning for a time to speak with you personally. We understand that many salons allow speedy & digital appointment bookings, however our approach is a bit different. We require a phone consultation, and discussion of goals prior to confirming an appointment. This method aims to ensure that we are a good fit to accomplish your: goals, needs, and interests. For us , it's not just hair, it's so much more. Please give us 24-48hrs ​to respond. We promise to respond, as quickly and as efficiently as possible.

-We are unable to offer same day Appointment Requests.

-We require a Non-refundable deposit to confirm appointment.

-Price estimate will be provided during/ after phone consultation.

-Deposit request will be sent personally, after interests are confirmed, and phone consultation is complete.

***Cancellation Policy. All deposits are final. For rescheduling, all customers are responsible to notify Photogenic Salon via text or email within 48hrs of original appointment. Appointments can be rescheduled for full-deposit credit one-time-per-deposit, if we are properly notified within 48hrs of original appointment. If customer cancels same-day of scheduled appointment, they will be responsible for pay full payment estimated cost. Communication is key for mutual respect and consideration***
